Effective Date: September 2026. At ThisThatHub, we believe your personal work schedule and wage information should remain private to you.
All calculation logic runs directly in your web browser via client-side JavaScript. Your shift times, hours, break durations, and rates are calculated locally on your device.
We never transmit, inspect, or store your hourly wages, gross pay estimates, employer names, or timesheet entries on our servers.
If you choose to remember your hourly wage rate or usual break time, those values are stored strictly in your browser's local storage (`localStorage`). You can clear them at any time using the "Reset Preferences" button.
You do not need to create an account, register with an email address, or provide any personal identification to use any of our calculators.
Information We Do Not Collect
When using our calculators, we do NOT collect:
- Your name, address, phone number, or email address.
- Your employer or company name.
- Your hourly wage, salary, or calculated earnings.
- Your work schedule, clock-in times, or time card punch records.
Website Analytics
Like most websites, we may collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable operational telemetry (such as general page views, browser type, and tool feature popularity) to help us identify bugs and improve site speed. These metrics are strictly anonymized and never contain calculation values.
